The objective of this conference was to showcase the state of the art scientific knowledge with regard to interventions to reduce methane emissions from cattle and sheep, with specific focus on diet and breeding. The conference also discussed the considerations for ensuring this science has impact and drives transformation through acceptance by legislators, society, government and the wider farming industry.
