Information on Coronavirus and BSAS 2020

COVID-19 (coronavirus) and the British Society for Animal Science – Annual Conference 30th March – 1st April

The British Society for Animal Science (BSAS) recognises the public concern regarding the outbreak of COVID-19 and the approaching BSAS Annual Conference.

We are closely monitoring the situation and at this present time the Annual Conference, due to take place 30th March – 1st April, will continue to take place and standard current cancellation terms will apply.

BSAS will continue to monitor the situation and liase with the conference venue,  should the situation change, we will contact all registered participants and partners and announce it here.

Our paramount concern is the health and wellbeing of participants, and we continue to follow the recommendations of national and international public health authorities.

BSAS urges everyone to keep themselves up to date on the latest reliable information, and to be aware of, and adhere to, travel recommendations from local and international health agencies.
