Abstract Submission Deadline Extended

BSAS Virtual Annual Conference 2021
News: submissions deadline extended to 23:59 24th January
The deadline for submissions for the BSAS 2021 conference – ‘The Challenge of Change, The New Normal?’ has been extended to midnight on Sunday 24th January 2021.
We appreciate that the current challenging circumstances have made it more difficult to prepare and complete submissions, and we therefore felt it was only right to extend the deadline. We are hoping that this extension will provide an additional opportunity for those still wishing to submit their work to a global audience.
The Annual conference is the most opportune manner to both support BSAS as an organisation as well as to share latest research and hear from emerging and imminent scientists and practitioners working in the area of animal science and related topics.
In a first for the society, the conference is taking place entirely online, enabling delegates to attend from around the world at their convenience.
The submissions process is straightforward, and the conference is a prestigious digital stage on which to display your hard work and latest research.
This new format presents new opportunities for those submitting Abstracts, offering additional flexibility, creativity and innovation in a digital space.
‘During these unprecedented times BSAS appreciates the many challenges that our scientific, academic and industry based colleagues face on a daily basis and have thus decided to extend the deadline for submissions to our annual scientific conference by two weeks.’ David Kenny BSAS Events Committee Chair and Principal Research Scientist, Teagasc
