BSAS 2021 Conference Submissions
An abstract does a lot more than just tell reviewers and conference organisers about the paper you are proposing, it also shines a light on who you are, by highlighting your enthusiasm for your chosen topic, the professionalism with which the proposal has been drafted and the respect you show the event you are applying for. The virtual nature of the BSAS 2021 conference will unite delegates with some of the most respected global figures in the animal science field, and gives those wishing to submit an abstract, an unprecedented opportunity for additional flexibility, creativity and innovation in a digital space, so you can really make your mark.
Remember your conference abstract is a sales tool: you are selling your research, first to the BSAS panel of reviewers, and then to the conference delegates, so take your time to ensure that your abstract is as fascinating and enticing as possible, and don’t forget there is a prize of £250 worth of CABI vouchers for the strongest poster. Those that are accepted, will be given the choice to submit a 3-minute digital presentation of their poster at the conference, or in traditional poster format to be displayed in our virtual gallery.
You can find a comprehensive submission guidance booklet and video on our Conference website, but if you find you still need further support, don’t hesitate to contact our dedicated abstracts team on email@example.com. The deadline for submissions is midnight 10th January 2021, and you can edit your submission at any time up until this date. All submissions will then be automatically submitted at the deadline and any incomplete submissions will be rejected.
